We had a lovely overnight stay at this charming hotel in a rural location. The owner and family were very welcoming, and the rustic rooms had all the facilities we needed. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning, with mountains in the distance. The restaurant served delicious traditional dishes, and we enjoyed a relaxing late lunch instead of dinner. Despite the language barrier, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely return for a longer stay next time.

The lack of information available when we arrived. The staff that could assist us didn't arrive until late in the evening, which made it difficult for us to settle in with our young children.

The hallways were wide, and there were handrails in the bathroom that made it easy for me to navigate safely.

I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff, especially for senior guests. It would have been helpful if the children working there could have been more attentive and accommodating to our needs.
